About the Workplace

Kurera Omsorg is looking for personal assistants for a lovely, cheerful, and active 69-year-old woman in Malmö.

Since the client requires assistance around the clock, the shifts are scheduled for daytime, evening, and night.

There are 3 different shifts in a 24-hour period:

morning-day
afternoon-evening
night

The shifts that need staffing are day/evening 1 and 2, and one should be able to cover night shifts.

The workplace is located in Malmö and has good and close bus connections.

The position is a part-time employment. The hours are variable with both day and evening shifts. Weekend work may occur.

We are looking for assistants

We are looking for assistants who are comfortable working day/evening both during the week and on weekends. The position will start as a part-time employment with a great chance for fixed shifts.

The Client

The client is a 69-year-old woman who enjoys going out for walks, visiting shopping centers, and likes clothes. She enjoys being active and exploring different activities and places when she is out. She wants to get out as often as possible, ideally at least once a day, and enjoys what the day has to offer.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will help with tasks that the client cannot manage on her own in daily life. This includes household chores, personal hygiene, exercise, medical visits, and leisure activities. It is important to enjoy going for walks and taking the bus.

Working as a personal assistant requires maturity and the ability to empathize with another person's situation.

You, as a personal assistant, should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the client's speech is impaired. You will need to assist the client in communicating in both speech and writing.

You need to have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and have an eye for details.

You need to be focused and attentive during your shift. It is important to distinguish between personal life and work life!

The client prefers that you are between 25-55 years old and would like to have only women. If you have experience in the assistance profession or education in healthcare, it is an advantage.
