EU-fori is an ESF-funded project that strengthens the ability of municipalities, organizations, and other stakeholders to develop, apply for, and manage EU projects. The project is run by us at TalangAkademin in collaboration with Region Stockholm, Idéer för livet, the City of Stockholm, and others.
About the role
You will lead and develop EU-fori based on project goals and indicators. The role combines project management, mobilization, and pedagogical support. You will work closely with participating organizations, build relationships, and help them turn ideas into sustainable EU applications.
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience in project management, preferably within the public or non-profit sector
- is confident in building relationships, networking, and “selling” the value of a project
- can lead workshops, processes, and dialogues
- is structured, communicative, and socially engaged
- preferable: experience with EU-funded projects and ESF
