We are looking for assistants for one of our clients where personal chemistry is crucial for a potential employment. No special qualifications or medical experience are required. We require an extract from the criminal record.

Client's description:

I am a cheerful and social woman, 59 years old, who needs assistants.

I live in Majorna and have a partner.

I have a congenital CP disability and use a wheelchair. I lead my own care and communicate what assistance I need. I am a positive and active person involved in community organizations. I lead a very active life and am often out in the city, at various events, or at home with family and friends.

You are my extended arm and assist me in my daily life with personal hygiene, transfers with a lift, moving my arms, e.g., onto a table, and massaging my hands when they go numb. Since I have a hearing impairment, it is important that you speak Swedish and are good at articulating with your lips as I need to read them to understand what you are saying. Due to my nerve damage in my hands and arms, you will need to help me note in my calendar and primarily write text messages, so it is important that you are good at spelling clear Swedish. In my spare time, I am active in community life, so there may be times when you start and end your shifts at places other than my home.

I am primarily looking for female assistants aged between 20 - 50 years. Working hours are Day 08-15 or 15-21, Night 21-08, with sleeping on call included in the job. I am currently looking for hourly substitutes who are willing to work mainly nights, but also at other times of the day. There is a great possibility for fixed schedule shifts and/or more extensive summer positions.
