We are looking for a dedicated and structured employee for customer service at our client in Stockholm. This is the role for you who want to combine service and responsibility with the opportunity to develop in an exciting and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will be an important contact person for both customers and partners. Your role involves providing professional service and handling inquiries efficiently. You will work with:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
• Administering warranty cases and complaints
• Order management and follow-up
• Support and advice to customers
• Invoicing and handling payments
• Documentation and reporting
• Support for digital platforms and services
• Handling customer feedback and improvement work

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with varied tasks and contribute to improving customer experience through smooth processes and high service levels.

Your Profile
To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have previous experience in service and administration, as well as a natural ability to build good customer relationships. We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Good communication skills and experience in handling customers professionally
• Structured work approach and good problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with business systems and digital platforms is a plus

As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, and have a positive attitude. You thrive in a role with varied tasks and find it easy to collaborate with different departments.
