Vårdcentralen Klippan has approximately 8,000 registered patients and a complete medical commitment according to Hälsovalet, including BVC/family center. Here, there is a stable base of specialists in general medicine, ST doctors, and AT doctors. There are also well-developed nurse-led special clinics for chronic diagnoses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, as well as a broad rehabilitation competence with physiotherapists and occupational therapists, and a psychosocial team consisting of a social worker and psychologist, all under the same roof. We have a close and good collaboration with the municipal primary care related to home care and special housing.

Our combined competence at the workplace is important, and we share knowledge with each other to strengthen the team spirit. We have structured doctor meetings once a week, where we gladly invite external speakers, e.g., Strama, Läkemedels Skåne, pharmacists, and chief physicians to keep us updated.

As a doctor with us, you are part of a close-knit team with different professions, where everyone is given the opportunity to work at the top of their competence. Traditional outpatient work can be varied with side assignments of various kinds, such as responsibility for special housing, home care, BVC, or supervision of training doctors. Depending on your medical specialty, the assignment can also be adapted accordingly. We prefer to see opportunities rather than limitations in our operations. We hope you are creative and innovative, as we constantly work on development issues to provide our patients with the best close care. As a specialist doctor, you will work with both planned and acute outpatient visits and meet patients of all ages.

With us, you will receive an individually tailored introduction based on your previous experiences so that you can integrate into the work in the best way. Continuing education and collegial collaboration are prioritized areas to enable a stimulating and attractive working environment. Every other week, all employees have the opportunity for personal development time. The health center has been working for some time with team rounds in daily work, focusing on continuity, collaboration, and person-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed doctor with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare, and you have specialist training in a relevant area such as general medicine, geriatrics, or internal medicine. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are also a requirement.

As a person, you are attentive and empathetic, with a fundamental security and the ability to work independently in your medical role. Your experiences and knowledge base are well-founded, but we also offer good conditions for continuing education and skill enhancement. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
