JOB DESCRIPTION

In Båstad Municipality, there are five care homes located in Östra Karup, Båstad, Grevie, and Förslöv. In Förslöv, there is both a care home and a short-term care facility, all situated in scenic areas.

The home care night patrol is based in Förslöv, our operations run seven days a week, and we are looking for substitutes for the night shift.

You will work to provide support and service based on individual needs, abilities, and wishes. This includes assistance and support with personal care. We place great importance on creating a meaningful existence for individuals and providing security for care recipients.

You will collaborate not only with your colleagues in the care home/home care but also with other professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Some delegated home health care tasks occur in the form of medication management. Documentation is included in daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant, but it is not a requirement.

We work both in groups and independently, so it is important that you function well in both contexts and have the ability to take initiative. Our care recipients are always the focus, so it is essential to have a good attitude and a positive approach.

You need to be flexible with a solution-oriented mindset and be able to change perspectives if conditions change. You should be able to handle the Swedish language well, both in speech and writing, and have some computer skills. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license within home care.

Upon employment, you will be required to present a criminal record extract.
