We are now looking for an assistant for a boy who is almost 3 years old. We are also looking for substitute workers who can step in during illness and parental leave.

Our client is looking for someone who wants to work on a four-week rolling schedule. The working hours are day, evening, and night.

He is diagnosed with 22q11 deletion syndrome, which has caused him heart defects, a single kidney, and difficulties with breathing and swallowing. He has a tracheostomy and is fed via PEG and has a high sensitivity to infections.

He has double assistance around the clock.

As a person, you should be calm and empathetic. It is an advantage if you have experience working with tracheostomy, cough machines, and PEG feeding. Since the boy does not speak, it is a great benefit if you can communicate using TAKK and visual support. Experience with children is a plus.

You will always receive an introduction before working independently.

Before a possible interview, we would like you to read up on 22q11 deletion syndrome.

Since this is work with children, a criminal record extract is required. We would appreciate it if you could provide this before the interview.

It is important that you are comfortable with the fact that the parents are your employers, and they determine how the work shift looks.
