The Adult Unit is part of the Social Administration in Höganäs. The unit has grown significantly over the years and includes several different areas, such as both authority exercises and treatment interventions concerning domestic violence and substance abuse. Under the unit, there is also social psychiatry and open care for children and youth. This means that collaboration between the different operations becomes easier, and it is not uncommon for a client to also have contact with several different actors in the Adult Unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The operation is in strong development towards earlier and assistance-free interventions.

We are looking for you who are an engaged and curious social worker. The position is primarily focused on domestic violence.

Since almost all outpatient treatment within VINR and harmful use and dependence is not needs-tested, the main focus will be on treatment, practical support, as well as risk and safety assessments.

You will work in a tight-knit team where everyone helps each other in more difficult cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent education. You should be able to work independently but also have a secure role in the group. You are flexible and see client work as something enjoyable. Experience working with domestic violence and/or harmful use and dependence is an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability.

A driver's license is required, and access to a service car is available.

Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement.
