Health Consultant Wanted for FRAM

FRAM is a collaboration project between the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, Region Skåne, the Public Employment Service, and the City of Malmö, managed by the Employment Department within the City of Malmö. FRAM targets individuals with mental health issues and aims to assist those who are unable to participate in regular labor market initiatives through work training, wellness activities, and various group activities to progress towards employment.

At FRAM, employment officers, activity leaders, and two section managers work together. The project also includes two administrators, two mentors from Region Skåne, as well as caseworkers from the Public Employment Service and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. We are now looking for 1 Health Consultant for 50 - 75% during 2026.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness activities indoors and outdoors, such as yoga, walks, light circuit training, etc.
• Hold health conversations about lifestyle habits
• Lead movement breaks in our internal work training teams
• Conduct group activities and give lectures on health
• Participate in FRAM's development work regarding initiatives and methods

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant background and education in health and wellness. You should be experienced in leading wellness activities both in groups and individually. You should also have training in yoga and experience in conducting this type of activity.

Experience working with long-term unemployed or long-term sick individuals, as well as knowledge of mental health and illness, is an advantage. MI training or similar is also meritorious.

We seek someone who can build trust, is solution-oriented, and takes initiative. You are an active person who enjoys training and wellness and can inspire others easily. In the role of health consultant, you need to work independently and be creative and resourceful, while also being able to collaborate with others as we work together with our participants. Personal qualities will be highly valued in the recruitment process.
