We are now looking for assistants for one of our female clients. The client is in her early middle age and lives with her husband in Trelleborg.

As an assistant, you will work independently with the client in an already well-functioning group with a big heart, humor, and an open atmosphere where laughter is always close at hand. It is important that you, as an assistant, understand and are comfortable with the fact that the client and her family are your supervisors.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, attentive, has a good heart, is humble, and has patience for the tasks and challenges you will face. It is essential that you, as an assistant, are calm and secure in yourself, that you have the ability to wait and listen, and that you always ask what the client wants.

The client enjoys traveling and takes a few trips each year. It is highly desirable that you, as an assistant, feel comfortable traveling with the client on these trips.

You must be able to speak and write Swedish very well due to the client's dyslexia.

The work shifts are 24-hour shifts from 10 PM to 10 PM. Employment rate: 60 - 90%. Flexible schedule based on the client's needs but with a fixed employment rate.

The client has a rare chronic lung disease, which results in significantly reduced lung function. The client also has severe asthma and fragrance sensitivity. Additionally, the client lacks cilia, which should protect against particles entering the lungs. This results in a high sensitivity to infections. The client's medical condition requires her to have assistance with medication several times a day.

All of this means that there are very high demands on you as an assistant regarding your personal living situation. You, as an assistant, including your entire household, must be 100% free of pets, tobacco, and smoke!

This means that you and your family members cannot be pet owners, smokers, or have pets visiting. However, you and your family members can have pet owners at your home as long as they do not bring the pet with them. You, as an assistant, must not have been in contact with animals 48 hours before you start working. This contact applies to both direct and indirect contact.

The client also has a fragrance sensitivity to various scents, which means that you, as an assistant, cannot wear perfume, makeup, or other personal items with strong scents or other allergenic ingredients at work or on you 24 hours before you start working.

The client is in a wheelchair and needs help with everything in her daily life, meaning she needs assistance with all ADL (activities of daily living) tasks. All transfers are done manually due to the client's chronic lung disease. The client manages her own care, so she decides when, where, and how she needs help with her medication.

The client also has anxiety issues, which means that you, as an assistant, must be involved in creating a calm and secure environment together with the client and her family.

The client has a complex medical condition and a significant need for assistance 24 hours a day, but she can speak and think like anyone else, and she controls her life herself, with all help being provided in good cooperation between the client and her assistants.
