JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities include leading children and youth towards set development goals as issued according to decisions and implementation plans. You believe that everyone acts to the best of their ability, and the mission includes being a help for self-help. You will handle social documentation before and after work shifts in our operational system. As an employee, you are also expected to have contacts with guardians and other instances concerning the child, such as the school.

As a person, you are calm, secure, enjoy challenges, and work flexibly. You are communicative and always put the children's best interests at the center. You are solution-focused and believe in the individual. You appreciate flexible working hours as the position involves shifts scheduled on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education as a childcare worker, support assistant/support pedagogue, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer is meritorious. Previous experience working with people with disabilities, skills in sign language, and experience with clarifying pedagogy are considered meritorious.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Start date according to agreement. A background check is required.
