The client in question is a positive and active girl in her 30s who requires assistance with most daily activities, such as support with dressing, cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, and more. The client enjoys going on outings, drawing, and hugging.

The client needs assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and with body language. Ambiguity and carelessness with routines can lead to the client becoming disruptive. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance in and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility.

You will be part of a large team consisting of engaged, positive assistants who all work towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and implementation plans regarding everything that occurs in daily life.

You who are applying should be mature in your approach to different situations, both demanding and less demanding.

Humor, understanding, and taking initiative are important for the client.

It is required that you, as a personal assistant, are confident in yourself, attentive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

The working hours are scheduled over 24 hours with night shifts and day shifts.

A driver's license is required.

A dog is present at the workplace.

Experience in personal assistance is a requirement, but personal suitability will weigh heaviest.

Experience with diabetes is an advantage.
