We are now looking for personal assistants for our client in Tomelilla. We are looking for someone who wants to work on a fixed schedule, 80%. The working hours are mostly in the evenings on weekdays from 14:00 to 23:00 and on weekends from 08:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00. The client lives in Tomelilla but spends part of their summer in Nybrostrand, at the campsite. We are looking for both women and men of different ages.

Our client is a young man who is about to step into adulthood, living with his parents in Tomelilla. He has a diagnosis within the autism spectrum and an intellectual disability. He has a great need for supervision and requires support and assistance with most aspects of his daily life. He is an active young man who enjoys going for walks and engaging in other activities outside the home. During the summer months, he spends his free time at a campsite outside Ystad, and you will work where the client is located. Therefore, it is important that you have a driver's license and access to your own car to get to work.

Our client has a dog, so you cannot be allergic or afraid of dogs. The client may experience epileptic seizures, and having experience with that is a plus. We want you to be adaptable; sometimes you need to take a step back and wait. But often, you need to be active in motivating various activities. You need to retain a childlike spirit and be able to be positive and cheerful, as sharing yourself can be the key to resolving difficult situations that arise at work.
