Technical Manager

Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Property Management, and Primär Cleaning. Primär as a group is large enough to have the resources to deliver to all types of customers, but small enough to be customer-oriented and flexible throughout Sweden. We are both specialists and generalists – our various business areas are at the forefront of their respective fields – whether it’s about coffee at work, specialized cleaning, ventilation, or installing coaxial/fiber cables from our technical department.

Since its inception in 1987, Primär has grown into a nationwide company and is today one of Sweden's largest property management and service companies. Currently, we have about 600 employees and a turnover of nearly 550 million SEK. Our headquarters is located in Gothenburg, but we operate in large parts of the country.

About the position

We are looking for a knowledgeable and committed Technical Manager with good administrative skills for assignments within commercial, industrial, and community properties. Our customers have high technical competence and properties with complex systems, making the role both developing and varied.

In the role, you will serve as a central contact point – the spider in the web – responsible for coordinating, following up, and developing our assignments. You will work closely with customers and colleagues in a competent team where collaboration, quality, and professionalism are a natural part of everyday life.

You will have great freedom under responsibility and a comprehensive responsibility for delivery to the customer, both regarding technical management, follow-up, and further development.

Examples of tasks:

  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct review and follow-up meetings
  • Prepare reports and statistics in our operational systems
  • Project manage technical measures and improvement projects
  • Follow up on authority inspections and ensure compliance
  • Establish and follow up maintenance plans
  • Be responsible for energy issues and energy follow-up
  • Lead personnel and resources in your customer assignments

Who are you?

We believe that you have worked for a few years as a Technical Manager, or as a Manager with good technical competence and a genuine interest in technology. You are confident in both the operational and administrative parts of management and have a broad understanding of the technical systems of properties. Business acumen and experience in driving projects are advantageous as the role involves budgeting and follow-up of assignments and projects.

As a person, you are curious, engaged, and enjoy teamwork. You are structured, responsible, and have an easy time building relationships. A sense of service, proactivity, and a business-oriented mindset are important qualities to succeed in the role – and to become our next colleague.

Other

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period with a fixed monthly salary, a full-time employment rate of 100%, and access as soon as possible. A driver's license is required as travel is involved in the position.
