We are seeking a testing engineer on behalf of our client who wants to work with EMC testing of electronic products for both consumer and industrial use. The department consists of around 18 people who together support the operations in testing, verification, and certification of electronics.

In the role of testing engineer, you will primarily work in EMC and radio labs as well as in larger vehicle labs where you conduct tests according to applicable standards for CE marking and international markets. You will be part of a technically strong team where collaboration, quality, and development are in focus.

You will work with varying testing assignments depending on the product and customer, which means new technical challenges and broad exposure to different types of electronics. The organization is also working on improvements such as automated testing and new technical solutions.

Your main focus will be to test and verify electronic products to ensure they meet relevant requirements and standards.

You will for example:

• Perform EMC and radio testing of electronic products
• Work in advanced testing labs with various measuring instruments
• Analyze and document test results
• Support troubleshooting, investigation, and deviation management
• Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of testing processes

• Has education in electronics or equivalent knowledge acquired through high school education, further studies, or strong personal engagement
• Has a great technical interest and enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English as the language is communicated internally

It is meritorious if you:

• Have experience in EMC testing
• Have worked with electronic design or radio technology
• Have knowledge in testing and verification of electronics

This is a consultancy assignment which means you will be employed by Friday. The employment is temporary and lasts for 6 months with a possible extension.

This position may require you to undergo and be approved under the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
