We are looking for a Key Account Manager for SWG EMEA AB in Lidköping!

Your Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager at SWG EMEA AB, you will be responsible for developing and managing long-term business relationships with our customers. The role is strategic and means that you are the customer’s “advocate” internally while driving sales and business development. You will work closely with the product manager and other stakeholders to define product strategies and ensure that customer needs are met in the best way.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for sales and customer relationships within defined segments.
  • Receive customer inquiries, conduct quote work, and negotiate prices.
  • Compile customer requirements (VOC) and contribute to the development of the Product Roadmap.
  • Participate in business and product planning and propose technical solutions.
  • Register orders and forecasts in the ERP system Monitor G5 and keep the CRM system updated.
  • Train customers on our product specifications.
  • Travel to customers mainly within Europe but also in Asia and the USA, as well as factories in Vansbro, Bologna, and India (Bangalore). Estimated 25-50 travel days per year.

     

The position reports to the CEO of SWG EMEA AB and is full-time, daytime with a start date according to agreement. The role can preferably be based at the headquarters in Lidköping or in Vansbro where Sepson AB has its factory.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a few years of documented experience in B2B sales and with technical understanding. You likely have an engineering background or equivalent experience from technology-oriented industries, such as automotive, hydraulics, or electrical. You are used to working in an international environment and communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.

You have the ability to create trust and build relationships at a high level, for example with purchasing managers and company leaders. You are meticulous, communicative, and enjoy working in an environment where collaboration and engagement are central.
