We are now looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to work with operational purchasing for our team in Lidköping - join us!

 

Your responsibilities

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be a key person in our operations. You will be responsible for operational purchasing, logistics, and project administration for many parallel projects. You will have daily contact with suppliers worldwide and collaborate closely with our salespeople in the Nordic region. You will manage the supply of products such as bags, packaging, mannequins, and hangers, while also maintaining our ERP system and ensuring efficient processes. The role also involves handling imports, freight, and customs issues, as well as building long-term relationships with suppliers.

The position is full-time, daytime at our office in Tofta, Lidköping, starting as agreed.

 

Your profile

We believe that previous experience in purchasing and logistics is a good foundation for succeeding in the role. If you also have knowledge of imports, freight, and customs handling, that is a plus. You have good knowledge of the Office suite, experience with ERP systems, and are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Post-secondary education in purchasing/logistics/material administration is a plus, but not a requirement.
