We are now looking for a People & Culture Partner for Volvo Group Circular Operations & Solutions in Flen, who wants to help future-proof our organization and contribute to a workplace characterized by care, innovation, and collaboration.
About the role
This is a role for you who want to make a real difference in a dynamic and people-oriented organization characterized by learning, change, and development.
You will work closely with the business and have a key role in matters concerning people, culture, leadership, and organizational development. You will be part of a small and close-knit People & Culture team consisting of an HR Manager and a People & Culture Partner, where you will have significant responsibility and good opportunities to influence.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Communication and Work Environment/Safety and be an important driving force in the work with culture, leadership, and work environment throughout the organization.
As a People & Culture Partner, you will:
• Have operational, tactical, and strategic responsibility for the People & Culture agenda within your area of responsibility
• Contribute to creating a future-oriented workplace focused on sustainability, innovation, and continuous learning
• Work closely with managers and teams as their strategic partner, advisor, and support in People & Culture matters
• Implement, develop, and improve processes and tools that strengthen culture, leadership, learning, diversity & inclusion, and engagement
• Drive and support change and development initiatives within the organization
