Arena Workforce is growing, and we need to find a new engaged job coach/employment consultant for our office in Strängnäs.

We are looking for someone who focuses on opportunities and achieving results in their assignments.

Arena Workforce strengthens strengths and contributes to reducing unemployment and decreasing social exclusion by supporting and guiding people towards work trials, studies, and ultimately permanent employment!

The role of the employment consultant involves supporting individuals either individually or in groups and simplifying and shortening the path to new work or studies.

You will conduct resource mapping, assist in creating application documents, arrange work trial placements, and guide and motivate groups through lectures either physically or online. You have the opportunity to be creative and tailor your work to the individual's needs, making the job both enjoyable and dynamic.

You have a good ability to independently plan, administer, and follow up on your work, always delivering with quality.

As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and independent, and you enjoy a variety of tasks.

Building relationships and networking is something you feel comfortable with, and we would like you to have a broad network and good knowledge of the local labor market. You are accustomed to using LinkedIn and social media as professional tools.

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to meet people from diverse backgrounds and needs, gain their trust, and help them succeed in entering the job market.

In addition to the requirements listed below, we will place great importance on your personality.

We are looking for both full-time and part-time candidates.

Requirements

Option 1

• Education: University degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). • Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

• Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.

• Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

- Leadership with personnel responsibility.

- Recruitment.

- Transition work for job seekers.

- Study and career guidance.

- Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).

- Work with labor and labor market issues.

- Work with social and group psychology.

- Career guidance.

• Driver's license and access to a car

• It is an advantage if you speak more languages than Swedish
