ChopChop is looking for an HR Assistant with a focus on recruitment

We are now looking for an HR Assistant to join our HR team. The position can be part-time or full-time as agreed. Working hours are primarily during the day, but some weekend work may occur as needed. The role is based at our office in Eskilstuna, with a requirement to work one day a week at our headquarters in Stockholm.

As an HR Assistant at ChopChop, you will be an important part of our daily HR work, with a clear focus on recruitment. You will be involved every step of the way – from the first contact to hiring – and contribute to finding the right people for the right places. The role is varied, social, and structured, with many points of contact both internally and externally.

• Support and drive recruitment processes from needs to hiring

• Publish ads, screen candidates, and schedule interviews

• Maintain ongoing contact with candidates and hiring managers

• Participate in interviews and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

• Administer employment contracts, onboarding, and employee data

• Support the HR team with other HR administrative tasks

• Contribute to the development of recruitment routines and employer branding

• Have a genuine interest in people, HR, and recruitment

• Are structured, detail-oriented, and like to stay organized

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Are service-oriented, unpretentious, and enjoy having many points of contact

• Have relevant education in HR or equivalent experience (preferred)

• Have experience in recruitment or HR administration (preferred)

• A developing role in a growing company with a strong team spirit
