About the role

As a payroll consultant with our client, you will be an important part of a competent and experienced payroll team of five people. You will work from their office in Nyköping, with the possibility of hybrid work, and will independently manage the entire payroll flow, from start to finished delivery. The role involves close collaboration with clients, where you act as an advisor and primary contact person in payroll-related matters. Your work will include ongoing payroll administration, reporting to authorities and external parties, as well as interpreting and applying laws, collective agreements, and regulations. You will work with both Swedish and international clients across various industries, creating a varied and developing workday. Although you work independently, collaboration is highly valued. Many assignments are carried out in teams, and there is a strong focus on knowledge sharing, support, and community, both in daily work and at the office.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, service-oriented, and enjoys an advisory role with a lot of client contact. You are structured, responsible, and have a genuine interest in delivering quality. At the same time, you are social and contribute to a positive work climate where collaboration and relationships are in focus.

You are curious, solution-oriented, and have a desire to continue developing in the payroll field, both professionally and personally.

We would like you to have:

  • Post-secondary education in payroll (YH) or equivalent
  • Approximately 1–3 years of experience in independent payroll work, preferably from an agency
  • Good system skills and interest in digital tools (experience with Hogia Lön+ is a plus)
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
