Business Architect for Digital Community Development

Our office is centrally located in Eskilstuna, close to both train and bus stations. We offer flexible working conditions and the opportunity for remote work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business architect, you have a central role in driving and developing the architecture function towards set goals. You work both strategically and operationally to ensure that our architecture supports the needs and goals of the operations.

You lead the strategic work with principles, guidelines, and long-term plans for our IT architecture. Through analyses, vision work, modeling, and workshops, you ensure that development initiatives are interconnected and build long-term capability. You support management and portfolio management with analysis and decision-making material in IT-related matters. You work closely with strategists, developers, IT project managers, and other key individuals and participate in external forums related to architecture. The role also includes monitoring the environment to identify trends and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

With structure and good planning, you translate political and operational goals into strategic and operational initiatives, while prioritizing and leading change with both patience and drive.

We are looking for someone with;

• a university degree or engineering degree with a focus on data, or IT architect training or equivalent experience.
• at least 5 years of experience working in an architecture function, business development, and models (e.g., capability, process, and information model)

Preferred qualifications include;

• experience in leadership, requirements specification, procurement, or project management.
• work experience from public administration.
• experience with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, PM3, capability mapping)
