We are now looking for a healthcare administrator who wants to be part of our team at Min Doktor Health Center & BVC in Nyköping.

As a healthcare administrator with us, you will have a varied and developing job with significant responsibility at a smaller, personal, and growing health center. Here we work as a team, which means close collaboration with our physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and specialist doctors, both digitally and on-site in Rosenkälla.

You will be an important part of our daily operations and a central function for both patients and colleagues. The role combines traditional administrative tasks with elements of digital support, technology, and service.

Main responsibilities

Administrative and patient-facing work, for example: • IT support in Cosmic for other professions • Schedule appointments, code diagnoses, and write medical notes in Cosmic • Medical record writing and coding • Appointment scheduling, managing waiting lists • TeleQ and chat

• Educated as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator • Confident, responsible, and able to work independently • Attentive and good at building relationships • A team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere • Flexible and solution-oriented • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious • Experience working in primary care • Knowledge and experience with Cosmic • Experience in diagnosis and KVÅ coding • Previous work with TeleQ, chat, or digital healthcare services

Welcome to Min Doktor Health Center and BVC, the small health center with a big heart. Here you will find modern and cozy premises in Rosenkälla, just outside central Nyköping. We currently have over 3,800 registered patients and continue to grow as more and more discover our care, accessibility, and high quality.

With us, a dedicated team of experienced specialist doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, psychotherapists, and physiotherapists work together. Together, we create a safe environment where each patient receives a professional and personal approach. The health center has been operating in its current form since 2019 and is led by our Operations Manager Linnéa Bock.
