The Assignment

We are now looking for a business controller for one of our logistics clients in Eskilstuna.

In this role, you will work in a logistics-heavy environment where flows, volumes, and efficiency are central success factors. As a Business Controller, you will support both management and operational managers, helping to create increased insight into the organization's results and areas for development. You will work with everything from follow-up and analysis to the development of reports and KPIs, while also driving improvements and contributing to a more data-driven way of working.

You will be working with:

• Monitoring and reviewing reports on costs, volumes, and productivity
• Identifying deviations
• Preparing and developing reports and decision-making materials for the organization
• Supporting managers in forecasting and planning work
• Working with analyses and participating in improvement initiatives related to flows and processes

Travel will be required in this position, typically spending three days on-site in Eskilstuna, one day in Enköping (this site will be your primary responsibility), and one day at the head office in Stockholm.

Who you are

You have a post-secondary education in finance and a clear interest in analysis, detail, and structure. You may be at the beginning of your career with a few years of experience and ready to grow quickly, or you may have several years of experience as a controller and feel confident taking on more responsibility in a business-oriented role.

You are accustomed to working in Excel (mainly for tables and reports) and have experience with business systems. Above all, we are looking for someone who is communicative, curious, and has an easy time seeing connections and translating numbers into concrete recommendations. Experience from industry or logistics is highly meritorious. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.

Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application period ends. The desired start date is after the turn of the year.
