As part of our commitment to our students' well-being and performance, we prepare nutritious and tasty meals for the majority of our schools within our own operational area, JENSEN Kitchen. We are now looking for a coordinator for an important role within JENSEN Kitchen.

The Position

As a coordinator at JENSEN Kitchen, you will be responsible for following up, developing, and ensuring the quality of the operations together with the operational managers. The role involves task distribution, concept follow-up, and being a link between kitchens, principals, drivers, and units. The focus is on quality, safety, efficiency, and a well-functioning collaboration throughout the chain.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with nutritional calculations, menu writing, and content descriptions.
• Coordinate the Kitchens' vehicles. Service, maintenance, training of new and existing staff.
• Conduct self-control and HACCP.
• Lead and conduct internal training.
• Assist in daily operations to facilitate for our chefs.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have experience working in restaurants and/or school kitchens. You have experience with self-control and HACCP and are used to working administratively with coordination. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of Word and Excel. Personal suitability will be given great importance. A B driver's license is a requirement for this position.

Employment Type

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Your work will largely be performed remotely. However, travel to our school kitchens may occur. We apply a 6-month probationary period for this position.
