Do you want to help modernize dental care? We are currently looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for our client Muntra!

YOUR ROLE
Your career at Muntra begins in the Customer Support team, where your role involves handling customer inquiries, i.e., dental clinics' issues related to Muntra's digital platform via phone, chat, email, and online meetings.
After 6–8 months, if you demonstrate strong performance, you will move on to the onboarding team. In this role, you will need to take on a project management position and understand the customers. You will visit dental clinics to provide training and practical support as they get started with Muntra.

You who apply meet the following requirements:
Have previous experience in a service-oriented role
Fluent in Swedish and English
Have good computer and system skills
It is highly meritorious if you who apply:
Have proven ability to solve complex problems. Skilled in logical and lateral thinking
Have previously worked in healthcare, for example, at a dental clinic
Are tech-savvy with an interest in healthcare and digital solutions
Speak another Nordic language
