What will you do?

You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from the first contact to long-term collaboration.

Examples of tasks:

• Search for, attract, and build relationships with IT consultants

• Work creatively and innovatively with search and candidate attraction

• Plan and conduct interviews

• Write job ads and create professional candidate presentations

• Conduct reference checks and personality tests

• Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvements regarding recruitment processes and company culture

• You will have significant trust and space to influence how we work, both today and in the future

Who are you?

We believe you are an engaged and driven person who likes to deliver results, but never at the expense of quality or relationships. You have experience in recruitment, preferably within IT or technical roles, and feel comfortable in dialogue with both candidates and clients.
