On behalf of Telenor IoT, we are looking for a CEO Assistant & Sales Coordinator to cover a parental leave. We are looking for someone who can start in February 2026, with the assignment lasting approximately 1-1.5 years. The role primarily involves supporting Telenor IoT's CEO, management team, and sales organization. You will be the spider in the web, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, from administrative support to the CEO to coordinating sales processes and office management. You will be based in the office in Solna but will also be offered the opportunity to work remotely.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, management team, and sales organization and act as a key person for coordination and support in several areas. Examples of job responsibilities include:
- Provide daily administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Handle the CEO's expenses and travel bookings.
- Act as the local office manager for the Stockholm office and manage mail and office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for Nordic and global sales management.
- Assist with administration and signing of contracts.
- Support the organization with sales events and conferences.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Has prior experience in coordination, project management, and administration.
- Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, as English is the corporate language used daily.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Experience in the tech or IT industry.
