Relocation Specialist at Aspia

Do you want to work with qualified relocation assignments in a stable and growing organization while helping to build and further develop Aspia's offerings in relocation, in close collaboration with immigration and expatriate advisory? Aspia is the leading business partner in the Nordics for accounting, payroll, tax, consulting, and HR, with approximately 3,100 employees in six countries and over 160 offices in total, of which about 50 are in Sweden.

As we strengthen our delivery, we are looking for an experienced employee in relocation.

With us, you will have a secure and established platform, but also an unusual opportunity. From the beginning of the year, Aspia will start delivering services in immigration and relocation, which means you will be one of the key employees helping to build, shape, and develop the relocation offering from the ground up, within a strong and well-respected organization. This role is particularly suited for you who thrive where your expertise makes a clear difference for both the client and the individual, even if you are not actively seeking a new job right now.

About the Role

As a relocation employee at Aspia, you are the spider in the web of our relocation assignments. You work operationally and advisory, providing practical support to international employees and their families, both when moving to Sweden and when moving from Sweden. The role involves a broad coordinating responsibility where some parts are handled directly by you and others through established partners.

You have a central role in ongoing client assignments and are responsible for extensive contacts with employers, individuals, and external parties such as landlords, schools, banks, authorities, and relocation partners. You ensure that all parts of the process are interconnected and driven forward in a structured and professional manner.

The role also involves helping to build and further develop Aspia's delivery in relocation, in close collaboration with colleagues in immigration, tax, payroll, HR, and consulting. Together we create a cohesive offering where we can support the end customer throughout the entire chain, from the initial planning of the move to establishment and functioning daily life, regardless of the direction of relocation.

Examples of Responsibilities

  • Coordination of housing and contact with landlords and real estate agents.
  • Support for school and preschool placement as well as dialogue with municipalities and educational actors.
  • Practical support for establishment in Sweden, such as opening a bank account, registration in the population register, and connection to healthcare.
  • Advisory on everyday issues related to housing, community services, and local establishment.
  • Ongoing client contact and coordination of several parallel relocation assignments.
  • Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and offerings within relocation.

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of practical experience in relocation, global mobility, or related fields. You are used to coordinating many tasks in parallel and thrive in a role where service, structure, and quality are crucial. You have excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded. You instill confidence, have a professional and pedagogical approach, and enjoy working closely with both clients and individuals in transition. You appreciate being part of building something long-term and value collaboration.

Why Aspia

At Aspia, you get to work in an environment that combines stability, quality, and long-term perspective with the opportunity to influence and build new. The role is part of a specialist area under development, with strong support from an established organization.
