The HR office consists of the HR unit and the payroll unit and is responsible for municipality-wide processes within salary and employer policy. The office works closely with the municipality's administrations and combines operational support with strategic development work.
The HR unit gathers the municipality's HR partners centrally and works strategically and operationally to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, and organizational development. The unit develops HR processes, working methods, and tools, and provides qualified advice and support to managers in their employer responsibilities, aiming to create good conditions for attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
It is difficult to describe a typical day as an HR partner with us; that is part of what makes the job so rewarding and fun! It can involve anything from supporting a manager in a personnel matter, collaborating with union representatives on various issues, participating with an HR perspective in the management group of the administration, to proposing activities related to competence supply or staffing our HR service. You are the operational and strategic HR support to managers and the management group in your administration. You will support managers in one or more of the municipality's seven administrations.
At the HR unit, we work on development areas where you will belong to the area we call sustainable work health, which includes, among other things, strategic work with the municipality's systematic work environment efforts, designing and conducting employee surveys, and training in the area of work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years in the HR field and has experience providing consultative support to managers. You have a relevant university degree. You recognize yourself in the description: having strong collaboration skills, being unpretentious, proactive, and development-oriented. You find it easy to collaborate and create good relationships. You do this, among other things, by maintaining an unpretentious focus on common goals. You see opportunities in change and are not afraid to try new ways to solve problems. It is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we often communicate complex issues to various stakeholders.
You will be part of my team consisting of HR partners and the negotiation manager, where you contribute your knowledge, experience, and good judgment. Just as you can expect in our upcoming collaboration.
It is an advantage if you have experience working in public administration and if you are familiar with working in Hypergene, which is the municipality's management and control system. This is where the municipality's work environment module is located.
