About the Position At Middlepoint, we are now looking for a self-driven and flexible service star for a bank office in Sundbyberg! As a receptionist in this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment with opportunities for development. In this role, you will be part of a service team of two, where you will work at the reception but are expected to assist with various office-related tasks.

Examples of tasks:

• Welcome employees and customers

• Various administrative tasks

• Phone and email

• Rearranging and managing conference rooms

• Bookings and orders

• Receive mail and packages

Requirements for the Position

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite

• Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Permanent with a 6-month initial probationary period Employment rate: Full-time 100% Start: Immediately Working hours: Monday to Friday, varying shifts, 07:30-16:00 or 09:00-17:30
