At the Community Building Office, about 200 people work to make Sigtuna Municipality an attractive, vibrant, and safe place to live and work. We plan new residential and business areas. We design and build roads and utilities for water and sewage. We take care of parks and forests as well as schoolyards, preschool yards, and playgrounds. We work with traffic issues, parking supervision, waste management, and much more. We handle regulatory activities and exercise supervision and control, as well as issue permits within our areas. We invest in our employees through good resources for professional development and joint activities. Sigtuna Municipality is an expanding municipality with extensive housing construction, many business establishments, and investments in public spaces.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading internal business development work at the Community Building Office, often with digital elements
• Mapping and developing processes
• Developing, standardizing, and implementing methods and working practices

In your immediate team, you will find a business controller, administrative manager, and information controller along with the office's other staff functions.

You will work closely with the operations and together with the municipality's other functions within business development and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have a university degree in a relevant field, or knowledge acquired in another way. You have several years of experience in business development and have worked systematically with change management in previous roles.

It is an advantage if you have in-depth knowledge of process-oriented working methods and/or experience working in project form. It is also beneficial if you have prior knowledge of community building issues, preferably in a municipal context.
