HR Partner Wanted at Kommunals a-kassa
Do you want to work closely with the business and make a real difference in an advisory and responsible HR role? We are now looking for an HR partner who wants to work broadly within HR, with a particular focus on labor law and recruitment.
About the Position
As an HR partner, you will become part of our dedicated HR team, which currently consists of four HR specialists, one HR strategist, and one HR partner. Together, we work broadly within HR and support our managers in various personnel-related issues. Within the team, we have our own areas of responsibility, and in the role of HR partner, you will have a particular responsibility for labor law issues, managerial support, and recruitment, while also contributing to the team's collective HR work.
With us, you will drive issues forward and help contribute to a strong and well-functioning HR function.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting and coaching managers in personnel matters and issues
- Developing and managing strategies and guiding documents within your areas of responsibility
- Developing, implementing, and managing HR processes and routines
- Supporting managers and employees within your areas of responsibility
- Ensuring that managers and employees have relevant competencies within your areas of responsibility
- Ensuring that necessary information is available in the areas and communicating this through relevant channels
- Staying updated through environmental monitoring and ensuring compliance with any legal regulations within your areas of responsibility.
The position is a parental leave replacement starting immediately or by agreement and extends to August 2027. You will be part of the HR and development unit, and the position will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant higher education in HR, personnel and working life, behavioral science, or equivalent competence. Alternative work experience that we assess as equivalent
- At least three years of experience in broad HR work and specialization in labor law and recruitment
- Worked in a consultative role where you have supported managers throughout the employment cycle and in various types of personnel matters
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Very good IT skills and good experience of working in various HR tools and systems.
