Welcome to the Finance Department. We are responsible for both the support and expertise that create the conditions for Svenska kraftnät to fulfill its mission and achieve its goals. Within the Finance department, the functions that work with governance, monitoring, coordination, accounting, business development, and support are included.
About the position
Business Development is a section that provides a common support for the organization, through effective coordination, management, development, governance, and support, in the areas of:
- Project Management, Change Management & Requirements Management
- Portfolio & Project Management
- Management and Information Management
- Process Management & Business Architecture.
The unit Processes & Business Architecture is responsible for Process Management and Business Architecture within the agency (including support tools, training, common forums, etc.) and supports the agency operationally in process development and modeling, efficiency work, through workshops, assignments, projects, programs, etc. The mission includes ensuring that the unit coordinates and utilizes the agency's combined competence and resources effectively and cross-functionally, within the unit's areas and is responsible for associated governance and working methods as well as support. The unit works with a holistic perspective, efficiency, simplicity, utility, and employee focus.
As Unit Manager, you have functional, operational, and financial responsibility for Processes & Business Architecture as well as the unit's goals and deliveries. You have personnel responsibility for the unit's employees (and consultants). You report to the Section Manager for Business Development and are also part of the section's management team.
An important task for the unit manager is to contribute to the section's cohesive delivery and development, especially as both the section and the agency grow, and to ensure a good and continuous dialogue with other parts of the organization.
As part of this, the unit works with:
- Support, guidance, and training regarding process approaches, process work, and business architecture as well as associated methods, models, and tools.
- Development and management of common frameworks within the area.
- Forums for process management/development and business architecture.
- Support, often through assignments and workshops, regarding business architecture and process development/modeling.
- Contributing to driving the agency's cohesive process work and process development, focusing on efficiency.
The unit consists of about 12 employees, several of whom are consultants, working as process developers, business architects, etc.

Education:
A university degree at least at the bachelor's level.
Furthermore, you have:
- Experience as a manager or leader with operational, personnel, and budget responsibility within larger organizations.
- Several years of experience in the unit's areas of operation.
- Experience in process development and business architecture.
- Practical experience and/or further education/certifications in one or more of the unit's areas of operation.
- Experience with EA tools and process methodology.
- Many years of experience working in support functions and collaborating in operational and IT-related roles and functions.
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
Desirable:
- Experience working with, as well as developing/implementing, organization-wide governance and working models.
- Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect as an EA tool and Astrakan as a process methodology.
- Experience as a manager within a government agency.
- Experience in the energy sector.
Good to know
- The position is located in Sundbyberg.
- Remote work up to 50% if the work allows.
- Travel may occur, primarily within Sweden.
