Housing and Space Planner

The Riksdag Administration is an authority tasked with facilitating the work of the Riksdag. Approximately 700 politically neutral employees work at the Riksdag Administration with many different types of tasks.

One of our priorities is to provide suitable premises and accommodation for our members. We are now looking for a housing and space planner for the section of premises and interiors who can contribute with support, planning, and service in an exciting and varied environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a housing and space coordinator, you will be responsible, together with a colleague, for accommodation and premises for members and the administration's operations. The Property Unit allocates and furnishes premises and accommodation, and our goal is to deliver operationally adapted and suitable premises. Tasks also include coordinating various types of service efforts, case management, administration, communication, as well as maintenance and procurement of furniture, furnishings, and equipment for accommodation.

You will collaborate with the various operations and functions of the Riksdag and work closely with colleagues within the Property Unit and the Property Project Unit.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with three to five years of experience as a space planner, service coordinator, or equivalent service role within property services or another area deemed equivalent.

You have good administrative skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite and are accustomed to working in case management systems and property systems. A driver's license (B) is required.

Experience in procurement and purchasing within public operations (LOU) is an advantage.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and collaborative. You have a well-developed ability to handle various situations in meetings with people and the ability to manage and drive multiple assignments simultaneously.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities, especially your ability to collaborate and communicate.

The Riksdag Administration applies a probationary employment.

The position is placed in a security class, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and a passed security clearance.
