Now you have the chance to join us on a unique and exciting journey as a Controller for the Förbifart Stockholm project!

Förbifart Stockholm is one of the longest tunnels for road traffic in the world. Eltel is a partner to Yunex Traffic, and together we have been commissioned by the Swedish Transport Administration to install telecommunication, control, and monitoring systems for the new stretch of the E4, Förbifart Stockholm.

About the Role

As a Controller at Eltel and the Förbifart Stockholm project, you will contribute to quality, structure, and reliability in budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting for the project, as well as analyze results and create documentation to support well-informed decisions.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

·      Analyzing and monitoring costs in real-time to ensure the project stays within budget. You will also play a central role in ongoing financial monitoring with many points of contact.

·      Participating in the evaluation of the project's cost development and identifying potential savings

·      Creating financial reports for project management

·      Leading the work of monitoring and compiling the budget and forecast for the project

·      Being responsible for ongoing invoicing, as well as for producing financial reports and data documentation

·      Supporting the work of compiling the economic consequences of UR, ÄTA, and obstacles, and reporting to the commercial manager

• The assignment can be performed as a full-time employee at Eltel or as a full-time consultancy assignment. With access as soon as possible.
• Workplace: Bromma
• Working hours: 07:30-16:30

Qualifications

Who are you?

• Academic degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent

• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing

• At least 10 years of experience in financial work, of which at least 5 years in contracting operations

• Experience in installation, construction, or building projects

• Experience in financial analysis, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Good business understanding

• Documented very good/advanced knowledge in Excel

• Experience with IFS is an advantage

As a person, you are communicative, flexible, and adaptable with good collaboration skills. You are meticulous, structured, and analytical.
