Are you passionate about helping companies build sustainable solutions in data and AI?

The Opportunity

We are building a focused AI & Data team in Stockholm that helps clients become genuinely data- and AI-driven and achieve “AI ready data”. Our work lies at the intersection of data strategy, data governance, and modern data platforms, often in programs where AI is a central driver. We design enterprise data and AI foundations and increasingly use AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation, lineage, and quality work, allowing us to focus on decisions, design, and implementation. You will help shape the future of AI & Data solutions for some of the market's most exciting players, with a focus on quality, innovation, and business value.

Responsibilities

As a consultant in Data Governance & Data Management, you will:

  • Contribute to data and AI strategies and roadmaps: current state analysis, target vision, prioritized initiatives, and investment cases.
  • Support the design of data governance models for domains, roles, forums, and working methods, for both classic data and AI use cases.
  • Participate in the development of policies, guidelines, and playbooks for data and AI.
  • Work on assignments related to data platforms and AI initiatives, ensuring that governance, catalog, data quality, and MDM are integrated into the solution and operational model.
  • Prepare management and C-level presentations and decision materials in Swedish and English.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in AI, data platforms, risk, and change to deliver cohesive solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3–5 years of experience in roles such as data governance/data management consultant, information specialist, or BI consultant with governance responsibilities, preferably in a Swedish/Nordic context.
  • Practical experience with some of the following: Data governance frameworks and data ownership/stewardship
  • Data catalog and metadata management
  • Data quality management
  • Master data management (MDM)
  • Understanding of how data governance and data management enable analytics and AI.
  • Strong analytical and structuring skills; can transform interviews and complex input into clear recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Clear interest in AI and its impact on data, governance, and operational models.

Attributes for Success in the Role

You are ambitious, structured, and enjoy working in teams. You have the ability to build relationships and solve problems methodically.

What We Offer You

  • An opportunity to work at the forefront of how Data Governance & Data Management is evolving in an AI-driven world.
  • Early responsibility in a small and growing team, with visibility to management and clients.
  • Opportunities to develop towards end-to-end engagement lead and eventually more senior roles within data and AI consulting.
