JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The reception is the entry point to social services and works to receive and assess new cases. Our work encompasses the entire area of social services and may involve children and youth at risk, financial assistance, harmful use and addiction, and support for relatives. We provide advice and support, act in emergencies, make decisions, and document. With us, the pace is high, but we prioritize structure, quality, and development.

As a social worker with us, you will work with authority decisions and counseling. The role involves many points of contact with citizens, colleagues, and other actors. You will have the opportunity to contribute with a holistic perspective and develop working methods that make a difference.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in social work and experience in social services.
• Has good collaboration skills and a professional approach.
• Has knowledge of relevant legislation and the functions of society.
• Experience with Lifecare is an advantage.

You have the ability to reflect and analyze, can motivate and make decisions, express yourself well in speech and writing, and are accustomed to handling documentation. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

To be considered for the position, you must have:

• A degree in social work
• Experience in authority exercise
• Driving license B
