JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a responsive and experienced coordinating support pedagogue for our group homes within Lomma Municipality's functional support who is ready to: together with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues ensure good living conditions for all our users. You will have the support of your manager and colleagues who will assist you all the way so that we can succeed together with our assignments. You will be part of a dynamic, unpretentious, and cheerful team with a lot of professionalism and will. We work based on trust, and you have great opportunities to influence.

Working as a coordinating support pedagogue means an expanded mandate to lead and distribute the operational work in the unit. In your leadership role, you will receive assignments from the unit manager to guide, communicate, and clarify for your colleagues, users, and other stakeholders. Together with colleagues, you will ensure the work with implementation plans and social documentation in the operations.

As a coordinating support pedagogue, you are a resource to enhance the pedagogical approach that supports individual participation, development, and independence. You are also a resource for seeking, gathering, and disseminating new knowledge about pedagogical methods in the operations. You should also support the development and use of individually tailored pedagogical solutions and methods. A prerequisite for succeeding in the assignment is that you can create a good structure and context for our users with a humble approach focused on housing and collaborate with their network, other staff, and other partners.

In addition to the pedagogical responsibility, you will work with staffing. You will be involved in recruitment and plan according to needs. You have an economic mindset and are responsible for ensuring that resources are used correctly at the right time. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have worked with systems such as Visma, Vikariebanken, Timecare, or similar.

In addition to this, you should:

• Together with the housing staff, ensure that interventions outlined in the user's implementation plan are planned, executed, evaluated, and developed as needed.
• Create value by professionally meeting the individual, communicating with respect for the user's self-determination and personal integrity.
• Work with clarifying pedagogy and other proven methods.
• Collaborate and contribute to contacts and meetings that are relevant for the user.

The work is scheduled in the operations both during the day and in the evenings, Monday to Friday. You are partially included in the housing staffing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal competence is required equivalent to vocational training or higher education with a specialization in the area of functional disabilities equivalent to 200 YH points or 60 higher education credits.

You have experience working within LSS and are well-versed in LSS legislation and the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines for the execution of the assignment. Experience in care and clarifying pedagogy is a requirement. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working as a coordinator. Visma and Timecare are advantageous.
