In Trelleborg, we work together for a growing successful community where it is good to live. Our 61 villages and 21 districts are creative meeting places that bubble with life. Here we want things to happen, we tell stories about them, and we come just as we are. This means we welcome others in the same generous and curious way.

Welcome to take your place on the journey!

The mission of the Social Administration is to work with social services and provide support so that everyone in the municipality feels safe and has the same opportunities in life. We want everyone to be able to be active and involved in society. With a focus on respect for the individual's right to decide over their own life, we are responsible for three important areas: care and support, assistance for people with disabilities, and help for individuals and families. Our goal is for everyone to receive the support and care they need.

Join the journey of the Support Function towards becoming Sweden's best LSS!

The Workplace

Within the Support Function department, there are several group homes, daily activities, children's and youth homes, as well as short-term and leisure activities according to LSS.

We operate from a user-oriented perspective where users are given support and services based on individual needs. The goal is to enable independence, self-determination, and participation to the greatest extent possible, based on each user's ability.

We are now looking for more employees to work as support assistants for users with greater needs for support and care at the group homes Flygelgränd and Portgränd. We are seeking additional staff as current employees have chosen to move on to new challenges.
