Substitute Personal Assistant

As a substitute Personal Assistant, you will play an important role in facilitating daily life and making it more enjoyable for a person who needs continuous assistance. You will contribute to enabling this individual to live life on their own terms and continue to pursue their passions in areas such as football, music, and fashion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing and undressing as well as hygiene routines
• Provide support with daily activities and help with transfers
• Participate in and plan various activities to make daily life fun and meaningful
• Help with cooking, cleaning, and other household tasks

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for someone who is calm, flexible, and has a positive attitude. You should be self-sufficient, adaptable, and show responsibility. Problem-solving skills and commitment are key competencies for this role. It is also important that you have a good command of the Swedish language and are smoke-free. The age requirement for this position is 25 years or older.

Experience in personal assistance or other care and support is a plus, but not a requirement.

Working Hours

Working hours vary between 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM or awake night shifts from 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM.
