We at Nordström Assistans are looking for you who have your heart in the right place and want to enhance a person's life with special support.About the positionWe are currently seeking a personal assistant for one of our clients in Lund who has cerebral palsy and autism. The position is part-time, approximately 50-75%. Your tasks will include supporting daily routines, personal hygiene, meal situations, transfers without aids, and dressing and undressing. The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 2-3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

• Every other weekend 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM/9:00 PM

About the client The client is a young boy living in Lund. He enjoys being active and loves being outdoors, exercising, walking, swimming, and spending time with his family.About youAs a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who is cheerful, energetic, attentive, and responsible. The most important thing is that there is a good personal chemistry between you as a candidate and the client. This can become decisive in the final selection.It is required that you

• are smoke-free,

• can swim and tolerate chlorine,

• master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you

• have experience in personal assistance or equivalent,

• have healthcare education or equivalent.
