Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. This employment form is as a substitute, and you will work as needed. There are good opportunities to combine this employment form with studies. In this assistance, there is no requirement for prior experience in personal assistance work; personal suitability and chemistry are crucial in the recruitment process. Furthermore, it is important that you are confident in yourself and enjoy the activities and things in everyday life listed below.

We are now looking for someone who fits the following:

• wants to work with a woman in her 30s living in Malmö

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and watching TV series and movies

• is positive and driven

• shares the client's interests

• dogs may be present in the home

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment level, and salary:

The current employment form is hourly employment, but there are good opportunities to work a lot. Working hours are variable but are scheduled during the day, evening, or night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreements.

According to agreement.
