Personal Assistant Wanted in Sösdala

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for our cheerful, stubborn, and lovely 30-year-old in Sösdala. Sösdala is only an 8-minute train ride from Hässleholm, 10 minutes from Höör, and 36 minutes from Lund!

An active girl who loves to be in a lively and energetic environment. Her biggest interests include horses, swimming, and being outdoors. Together with a cheerful and wonderful team, you have the opportunity to influence and brighten this girl's everyday life!

Initially, you will be employed on an hourly basis with a good chance of extending to a larger position of about 80%, day shifts (provided everything feels good for both you and the client). We always see it as advantageous if you are flexible and can step in as needed. It’s about giving and taking for each other, which we hope is a given for you as well!

The girl is in a wheelchair and thus has a need for help and support during all daily activities. As an assistant, you need to be present at all times. Hygiene, care, transfers (with a lift), stretching, feeding, insulin, and recreational activities are examples of tasks included in your work. Additionally, cleaning, laundry, and other common household chores are necessary to keep a home clean and tidy. Communication occurs through body language and sounds, so you need to be attentive to understand and interpret the girl's body signals and sounds.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a good ability to take initiative. Furthermore, we expect you to be cheerful, outgoing, and positive. You will work both alone (day shifts) and with double assistance. Work routines are available to follow, so it is advantageous if you are a quick learner and can absorb new information well. If you have prior experience in the care profession, it is a merit but not a requirement - We will place the greatest emphasis on personal qualities. We hope you radiate empathy, warmth, and security, as in the end, the chemistry between you and the girl will determine the success of this role. Our only requirement is that you are smoke-free!
