RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who is driven by meeting people, sees opportunities, and wants to contribute ideas, experience, and drive in a developing operation. You are confident in your professional role, believe in the individual's ability, and enjoy working in an environment characterized by collaboration, engagement, and development. You find it easy to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners. As a labor market consultant in Simrishamn Municipality, you will:

• Help shape interventions, working methods, and routines from the start.
• Be a key person in strengthening people's opportunities for work and/or studies with a focus on sustainable self-sufficiency.
• Contribute your expertise in an environment characterized by trust-based management where leaders set direction based on the operation, and you as an employee have great freedom to create how it is done.
• Work closely with a manager who has the organizational space to be present and provide support in everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you should have:

• A university degree in behavioral science, social work, career guidance, or another relevant higher education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Driver's license B
• Additionally, you are structured in your work, have digital skills, and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of labor market policy and labor market assessments
• Experience with effective measures that can support individuals towards self-sufficiency
• Training in Supported Employment and/or MI
• We place great importance on personal suitability
