JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The tasks within LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons) vary depending on the individual you support and involve being a guiding support in daily life. This can include planning the week, managing the household, and accompanying on leisure activities, or providing more practical support such as personal care, medication, mobility, and training. Some health care tasks require delegation from a nurse, and you will receive training in conjunction with your introduction with us.

With us, you can work in:

• Group and service housing for adults where we work supportively and motivationally to help people become as independent as possible.
• Leisure and short-term stays for children and young people to provide meaningful leisure activities.
• Housing for children and young people to provide security and care.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Interest in user-centered work.
• Good ability to understand and express yourself in spoken and written Swedish.
• Good computer skills

As a person, you are:

• Responsible, as we are responsible for people, it is especially important that you arrive on time, keep agreements, and ask questions if you have any.
• Relationship-building, as you will work with others and for others. You see the value in creating a good atmosphere with both the users you will help and the colleagues you will collaborate with.
• Flexible, as everyday life with us is varied. You enjoy finding alternative solutions and easily adapt to changing circumstances.

There is also the possibility to work on an hourly basis both during the spring and after the summer. You will receive both training and introduction so you feel secure in your role.
