We are now looking for a resource educator for our lovely preschool. We are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, and engaged, who wants to work closely with a preschool-aged child who does not have a developed language. You will be an important part of the child's development and will work in a team where security, play, and communication are at the center.

Minideon Preschool is located in the research village of Ideon. The preschool consists of two departments, Bushuset and Kalaskulan. The position will be at Bushuset, where the children are aged 2.5 to 5 years.

The position is distributed over three days a week, 4 hours a day, and may be extended.

Your tasks:

Provide individual support in the child's routines and activities

Work with alternative communication methods such as sign language support and visual aids.

Create a safe and stimulating learning environment

Collaborate with preschool teachers and childcare workers in the team

Observe and document the child's development

To apply, you need to have:

Education as a childcare worker or preschool teacher

Experience working with children in need of special support in preschool

Knowledge and interest in language development

Be empathetic, patient, and flexible

Have a good ability to build relationships
