Therefore, we are looking for another dedicated and knowledgeable coordinator to join our team in the investigation department, which currently consists of two section managers and one coordinator.
At Enebacken, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor in the important and complex work of investigating and supporting families and children in difficult life situations. Our investigative work is in-depth and requires a holistic view of each family where we carefully map both strengths and challenges. By working methodically with observations, interviews, and analyses of the family's situation, our investigators create a clear picture that serves as the basis for tailoring support measures that can truly make a long-term difference.
At Enebacken, we work according to evidence-based methods and a carefully structured investigative process, which means that we both follow guidelines and constantly strive to find new insights into what best supports each individual family.
As a coordinator, you will work closely with section managers and coordinators in both investigation and treatment. Together, we guide, plan, and follow up while supporting the daily work of the teams at Enebacken.

Your main tasks are to ensure that the investigation's assignment questions are answered and to support and guide the investigators in their work.
You will, among other things:
- Coordinate working methods and ensure quality through daily case support
- Participate in the development work of the organization
- Manage queue planning and urgent inquiries
- Provide feedback on written materials
- Follow relevant legislation and research and communicate important changes
- Introduce new employees and participate in organization-wide forums
- Be responsible for staffing, statistics, and administrative tasks
- Be a super user in Journal Digital
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in social work (210 credits)
- Several years of experience in investigative work with children and families
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
Meritorious:
- Knowledge and experience of attachment theory, solution-focused work methods, and Signs of Safety
- Experience in coordinating and leading groups
- Experience in supervision, coaching, and working with complex cases
- Experience in organizational development and quality work
- Experience in internal and external collaboration
- Experience working with families in institutions
About You:
- Clear and analytical - You have a responsive and respectful approach in collaborations and communicate clearly. You can handle conflicts constructively and think analytically. You see the big picture, drive improvements, and work in a structured and strategic manner.
- Personal maturity – You are secure and have the ability for self-insight. You adapt your approach to the situation. You dare to express your own opinions based on your role even if they do not align with others' views.
- Flexible and adaptable – You have the ability to handle changes with a positive attitude and adapt to different people and situations, seeing changes as an opportunity to develop and grow.
- Independent and secure – You are stable in yourself, which is reflected in your ability to handle uncertainty and use it as an opportunity to learn and grow. You work rationally and analytically, actively seeking to understand problems in depth to create effective and long-term solutions.
The role requires you to lead without being a manager and have a holistic perspective in daily work, with great emphasis placed on personal suitability.
