JOB DESCRIPTION

We work together to support users with care and activities for participation in community life both inside and outside the home. The days are structured based on the users' needs and implementation plans. In some operations, technical aids such as lifts may be used.

Working hours may be scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and sleeping on-call.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a summer job within LSS, it is advantageous if you have completed the health and care program or the child and leisure program in high school or have similar education. We also welcome applicants with post-secondary education with a clear focus on behavioral science or the disability area.

As an employee with us, you work with the individual in focus, which makes it important that you are attentive, have a good attitude, and have the ability to take initiative. You communicate with both users, colleagues, supervisors, and relatives, which means you need to have the ability to understand someone else's situation/perspective. As a colleague, you are expected to collaborate and contribute to a good work environment where all employees take responsibility and support each other.

Upon employment, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record.
