JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a personal assistant means that you support the user with both care and activities for participation in society both in and outside the home.

The days are structured based on the users' needs and implementation plan. In some operations, there are technical aids such as lifts. The work as a personal assistant requires that you are self-sufficient and responsible as you will be working alone with the user during parts or all of your shift.

Working hours can be scheduled for day, evening, night, and sleeping on-call. Some workplaces also have 24-hour shifts with on-call appendix J agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

To summer work within LSS, it is advantageous if you have completed the health and care or child and leisure program in high school or have previous experience in the field.

As an employee with us, you work with the individual in focus, which makes it important that you are attentive, have a good attitude, and have the ability to take initiative. You communicate with both users, colleagues, supervisors, and relatives, which means you need to be able to understand someone else's situation/perspective. As a colleague, you are expected to collaborate and contribute to a good working environment where all employees take responsibility and support each other.

Upon employment, you are required to present a criminal record extract.
